I have been working as a tour guide since 1987 and therefore I was able to develop, a deep knowledge, not only in history and architecture, but also in the flora and fauna, traditions and mythology, aiming to get to know deeply, all what makes Sicily a very special and very unique area of Italy; all what makes this region very particular and absolutely worth visiting.
It is very natural that, loving this area, I simply love to help people to get to know it, in all its aspects, positives, such as landscapes, culture, gastronomy, but also in the negatives parts of his reality, like the economy and the mafia.
My knowledge of a few foreign languages, allows me to accompany in this adventure, tourists from all over the world, and this, combined with my goal of satisfying all kinds of interests and curiosities that might arise, depending from the origins and the culture of the group I guide, brings me to be versatile and to personalize my tours consequently.
The enthusiasm I put into my job, allows me to leave the very formal way of guiding groups, giving space to a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere all, obviously based on high level of professionalism, trying to balance both information and a good time. I remain also at full disposal to suggest alternative excursions and different itineraries, that could imply visiting an ancient fortress, as well as less known, but therefore not less suggestive, archaeological sites.

She brought Taormina (and Sicily) to life for us, and did so with humour and abundant knowledge. I believe also in the importance of supporting “my tourists” in picking stores, souvenirs, restaurants or pubs that will complete the nice memories of their Sicilian holiday. 10 minutes drive from Taormina centre, in my own house, I fully furnished an apartment for those tourists who, after a day at the beach or after a visit in a city or in archaeological sites, want to relax in the middle of the Sicilian country, with a beautiful view of the sea and in front of the hill of Taormina and Castelmola.
